In conjunction with the 10-Series of Structural Integration, I offer private exercise consultation, creating tailored exercises to reinforce our work and continue the benefits of Structural Integration at home or at the gym.
This option is ideal for those who are committed to making big changes in their life and have the time, energy, and resources to invest in themselves and their future.
A commitment of 30 minutes a day to practice is recommended to get the most out of this work.
